We proceed in 4 steps.  

  1. Develop a systemic analysis to assess the company’s ability to qualify and adapt to the challenges of exporting to the targeted market(s).

  2. Elaborate an executive report highlighting various strategic alternatives to be discussed with the Executive Committee who will eventually retain their preferred option.

  3. Together with the company’s top management, define adequate budgets and action plan.

  4. Support the implementation of the latter throughout the phases agreed upon with the company’s top Management.
